Cisco Events App

Terrible battery hog, even just running in the background. Closing the app or temporarily switching to another app makes Cisco Events reload and start over from the home screen. Cisco needs to provide MUCH better maps and wayfinding in the app.

I don't know to what extent this applies to everyone else, but my experience at Cisco Live Melbourne has left me wanting more from the app. It's difficult to use the app to network with peers, wayfinding is poor, there's no built in location services contrary to previous years, and integration to Webex (joining spaces) is terrible, why do I need to input my email every single time? In fact, why did I have to log in to the app so many times?

Didn't kill the battery this year, so props of that. Main criticism at this point is the sheer number of pointless notifications; not a one of them that was related to my actual schedule. As a user, I need to be able to easily see where my next session is as I am walking in the general direction.
